Boy Scout TAG Day (Take off And Grow)
Boy Scout Troop 239, from Monroeville, enjoyed learning about R/C flying. They watched demonstrations of flight and safety as well as trying to fly an R/C aircraft using an R/C trasmitter and a computer simulator. The parts of an aircraft, the four forces of flight and the three axis were discussed. They will return next month to try flying an R/C plane on a buddy box. (Click here for more.)

Wild Party
The Club's Christmas Party was held at the Sun Beach Cafe in Holiday Lakes on December 6. The food was delicious and the Pirates Drawing was a hoot. After changing owners several times, the much coveted heat blower eventually wound up back in Dennis Jackson's hands. (Click here for more.)
